I am a member of our global development team and work on our core product CUE, which is a platform for content and digital asset management. At Stibo, in my day to day work, I tend to- - Define the solution description, architectural design and implement new features - Actively participate in agile team activities such as providing input into backlog grooming, daily stand-ups and retrospectives - Work in large, collaborative teams, across multiple geographical regions to achieve organizational goals

Initially I was responsible for redesigning and reimplementing a web portal of an HR & Payroll application where I got the chance to introduce some standard and right ways to develop a web application and that helped me to become a key developer for any web based solution at CEL. Later on, I led the project team, implemented architectural design and defined operational procedures. I worked on the core infrastructure team as well and was responsible for application platform speed, stability and security.
