1. Reviewing year-end financial reports prepared by team members 2. Manage the end of the year and interim financial audit process 3. Processing distributions, i.e. Loan, Termination, Death benefits, and Force-out 4. Ensuring that the retirement plan passes the general non-discrimination test to maintain the qualified status 5. Managing accounting operations, i.e., Billing, Invoice, Account Receivable and Payable, Gain/Loss and regulatory reporting, etc.

Manage the preparation of the year‐end financial accounts and the finance content of the Annual Report. Preparing routine tasks such as Balance Sheet, Trust Accounting, Summary Investment Statement, Contribution Report, and Statement of Changes in Financial Position. Filling Tax Return (Form 5500) and other Government Forms. Analyzing and presenting numerical data related to the calculation of accrued benefits, Receivable and Payable, and normal cost in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Foreign treasury related activities. Dealt with overall Letter of Credit operations like LC opening, endorsement, bill of entry processing, custom duty payments, contact with different banks & insurance company etc.
