1. Develop new model process with planning & preparing and validate total process and parameters. 2. Coordinate and ensure monthly production of manufacturing as per PSI. 3. Implement process improvements due to process failure and defects. 4. Ensure all program for different stations have all critical documents developed and approved. 5. Monitor different shop instruments & identify and implementation cost saving opportunities. 6. Develop, conduct and co ordinate training classes.

1. Installation of utility lines (compressed air, gas, water) according to drawing and machine requirement. 2. Take part in installation and commissioning of different machines for example Oxide mill, Strip casting machine, Punch and Expander, Curing chamber, Assembly line. 4. To prepare machine maintenance SOP and checklist and implement those according to schedule. 5. To plan and execute production in Assembly line according to demand and the schedule of operators of two line for the maximum output.

1. To prepare and maintain Planed preventive maintenance schedule, engineering history file, engineering drawings. 2. To prepare and review Engineering SOP`s, EOP and conduct training. 3. To raise requisition and prepare CS, Technical Approval and URS in case of new machine purchase. 4. Participating in new machine installation, commissioning and preparing qualification documents. 5. To prepare yearly validation schedule of process machineries and HVAC system to implement it with proper documentation.
