- Preparation, Quantification, Checking and verifications of IPC. - Preparation of ‘Engineer’s Estimate”, Tender Documents & Contract Documents. - Preparation of Revised/Detailed Estimate, BOQ, Cost analysis of BOQ Items. - Identify Working Scope, Estimate Quantity of Earthworks, Pavement Works, Concrete and Rebar. - Rate Analysis of Various Items. - Verify Contactor's Claim of Variation & check, Comment on Contractor’s Cost Proposal of Extra Work. - Preparation of S-Curve of each contract.

Responsible for supervision of constructional works including - Checking BBS (Bar Bending Schedule). - Supervising of Pier, Pier cap, RCC & PC Girder Casting for Flyover. - Ensuring the Quality of Mix design for casting Underpass & Rigid Pavement. - Supervising construction, repair and maintenance work of sites and premises including structures in the project area. - Making report on construction project works and inspecting the maintenance works carried out by the contractor.

Responsible for supervision of constructional works including • Preparing BBS (Bar Bending Schedule). • Checking of asphalt design. • Ensuring the Quality of Mix design for casting Underpass & Rigid Pavement. • Assuring the quality of ISG (Improved Sub Grade), Sub base, Base (macadam) for National Highway including SMVT (Slow Moving Vehicle Track) • Supervising construction, repair and maintenance work of sites and premises, including structures in the project area.

Responsible for supervision of constructional works including - Preparing Bill of Quantities, costing of Projects. - Checking of IPC (Interim Payment Certificate). - Preparing Variation Order Report (VOR) Preparing Monthly Progress Report (MPR). - Supervising the structural work. - Ensuring the Quality of interior decoration work. - Interpreting as per drawing and specifications to contractor. - Monitoring Fire hydrant and fire alarm system. - Supervising Sanitary and plumbing works.
