• Conduct time & motion studies; set standard minute values (SMV/SAM). • Analyze and improve work methods and workflows. • Line balancing, takt-time calculation and manpower planning. • Prepare operation breakdowns, method sheets, work instructions. • Monitor productivity, efficiency and KPIs; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. • Support capacity planning, new-style trials and layout optimization. • Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost reduction.

• Measure cycle times, element times, and standard minute values • Establish and maintain standard times (SMV, SAM) for operations. • Analyze current methods and propose better work methods • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. • Design and balance production lines to meet targets with optimal operators • Monitor operator and line productivity, efficiency, and rework rates. • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.

• Convert daily/weekly targets into machine-wise production plans • Allocate shifts, workforce, and machines to meet targets • Optimize machine settings (cards, draw frames, roving, ring frames) for yield and quality • Implement lean practices to reduce waste and increase output • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production report (shift-wise): production achieved vs target, machine-wise output, doffs, yarn counts, rejects, uptime, efficiency
