• Developed and led client email marketing strategy, implementation and cost control, leading to a 30 per cent improvement in channel effectiveness. • Managed implementation, maintained and developed levels of quality, timeliness and client relationship with Tesco.com, Tesco Personal Finance, Tesco Personal Finance International, eDiets and Christian Aid.

Organised seminars and led outbound sales to FTSE 500 corporate such as ITV, Diageo, 3M and Random House, resulting in significant new commissions.

• Researched, prepared and presented at sponsorship sales pitches, contributing to signing contracts with Audi and Miss World 2003 • Conceptualised, hired, budgeted and project managed Heinz Baby Show, a 26-episode educational TV programme and then led programme distribution to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. • Led and implemented PR campaigns for Titanic exhibition in Shanghai, achieving targeted media coverage in local high profile newspapers, magazines and TV.

Wrote, edited and coordinated Bars, Clubs and Restaurants sections, contributing to establishing the magazine to become the equivalent of TimeOut London for expatriates in Shanghai.

Co-ordinated engineering project and managed team-building events in a dynamic team of engineers of 12 nationalities.
