- Prepared the whole concept of a digital transformation project including individual / corporate clients, deposits, loans, KYC & AML, SEPA and SWIFT / TGT2 payments, treasury, accounting, tax, invoice, document management and data migration modules. - Built and led the Core Banking (7 analysts, 7 developers) and Digital Banking (2 analysts, 4 developers) teams for an end-to-end digital transformation of a German bank.

- Owned the product backlog of Blockops team that is responsible for all blockchain and wallet interactions of BtcTurk. - Defined requirements and roadmap of custody and brokerage companies that were to be launched by the time. - Enhanced customer support through renewed admin screen, better API documentation, and status page.

-Led and aligned 3 development teams to ship impactful features and enhancements of Getcontact, a spam call blocker and caller identification app. -Identified points of improvements for products and processes and acted immediately to move critical metrics. -Managed interactions with 3rd party and ecosystem services, define requirements Getcontact needs.

- Defined requirements, owned the product backlog, and led software development teams to deliver key features of digital products and services. - Collaborated with business units, UX, and 3rd party service providers. - Monitored product performance metrics from data warehouse, Adobe Analytics and Splunk to improve continuously. - Managed feature road map with determining milestones and delivering features on schedule, including negotiating trade-offs and scope cuts.

-Worked closely with Nortel’s customers to identify and solve their signaling and configuration problems. -Developed many software fixes targeting signaling, charging, translation and maintenance of CS2K products. -Handled escalations and hot issues, gave daily updates to customers, wrote executive summaries when necessary. -Delivered trainings about signaling protocols, software debugging and troubleshooting.

-Developed middleware and APIs on Linux for IP TV’s and set-top boxes. -Integrated open-source codecs to chipset. -Developed a personal video recorder using internal storage allowing users to pause broadcast. -Innovated a new method to reduce channel zap time.
