-Establishment of FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System. -Planning and coordinating implementation of all main requirements of Food Safety Management System (Process Risk Analysis, HACCP, O-PRP, PRP, Food Safety Plan etc). -Ensuring that all production activities, comply with standards. -Participating in development activities of Black Carrot and Red Beet natural coloring foods. -Organizing certificate audits(SGF, Organic, Halal, Kosher, SAI-FSA) and customer audits.

-Ensuring that ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System requirements are implemented in entire enterprise. -Ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices are adopted by all employees. -Organizing external audits and customer audits. Following up post-audit process. -Planning production by working in coordination with Production Manager. Ensuring that planned production complies with product quality requirements. -Determination of internal laboratory analysis plan and verification of performed analysis.
