o Business developing for expansion projects; green field investments, acqusitions, management contract/leasing options and on‐site mobile solutions o Leading daily operations of the existing ready mix batching plant serving for oil‐ gas industry projects o Budget and business plan preparation, and cash flow studies for the potential projects

Leading the RMC plants’ greenfield investments within Kazakhstan territory from company establishing level o Start up of the first batching plant in Almaty, and feasibility studies in other cities o Budgeting, preperation of the operational plans, Capex studies o Organizing the procurement of all equipments, batching plant, truck mixers, wheel loaders, laboratory equipments o Construction of the plant including all local permissions in a very challenging environment

o Strong focus on price management and KPI’s identified by Company Management o Liase with Key Accounts and main distributers and support them in their activities with further customers through their sales channels o Coordinate with Technical Sales team in order to satisfy customer needs, special solutions and customer complaints in line with ISO procedures o Executing logistics operations such as defining transportation fees, organizations for distribution channels

Performing strategy&business development studies such as company valuations, feasibilities of new investments and acquisitions Preparing performance analysis of Cimsa Terminals in Spain and Germany o Studying on local and global market research related to worldwide building material data, providing intelligence for management

Responsible for the management of batching plant, up to 50 employees including operators, sales representatives, drivers, workers and lab. staff  Organisation and coordination of production, dispatch‐delivery, sales staff in order to maximize the efficiency  Ensuring the minimal working capital requirement for the plant
