Responsible for selling technical training for aircraft mechanics in Asia and Eastern Europe. This includes being the focal point for the Customer from ordering to invoicing, ensuring that an outstanding service is provided to the Customer.

- Leading a interdisciplinary project team to standardise import & export process - Optimising supply chain processes to increase Customer satisfaction whilst reducing the cost of the service

- Responsible for the bid process for repair services taking into account technical and commercial aspects - Managing existing contracts for a supplier portfolio

- Defining, implementing and applying a supplier performance management system based on qualitative and quantitative measures - Setting-up an electronic data interchange between logistic providers and repair suppliers to gain quantitative performance data - Leading a team of mechanics to accomplish procurement activities

Manage/ improve Supplier performance (reliability, repair turn around time etc.) in the aftermarket in accordance with a contract & Airline expectations

Reponsible for transfering airframe work packages following offset obligations into countries like South Africa, Corea, Taiwan
