Working at Siemens Energy via Zeros GmbH, focusing on quality control of large-scale steel components. Perform inspections and verify documentation at the Köpenick site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with teams and logistics for timely production release. Conduct dimensional checks, tolerance analysis, and prepare reports for traceability. Execute IQC and support testing processes in a demanding environment.

Analyse of non-destructive testing processes and strategy, managing and following NDT activities. Creating and managing test procedures,instructions and reports. Following production and operation phase of NDT and inspection activities in accordance with the relevant standart and quality system.

Follow-up the product projects and requirements which are in my responsibility.Preparing and revising FMEA studies, operation instructions, control plans, work flow diagrams, etc. Creating and following feacebility studies. Taking part in the APQP team and fulfilling the other responsibilities required in the project.
