Research topic: A framework for servitization: enhance value proposition through customer engagement. The research project is expected to provide companies with models and systematic guidance to improve servitization and customization process and contribute to long-term strategic decision-making on new product and service development. This research has a specific interest towards the role of technology for servitization and customization.

• Identification of development opportunities for the Forum in the areas of IoT, Smart City Development and Cloud Computing • Prioritization and evaluation of stakeholder requirements from telecommunications operators • Coordination of stakeholders from different fields • Regular reportings for the directors

• Identification of current issues faced by client in order to gain sustainable development • Close cooperation with client’s management team and other M2M-Experts • Delivery of the final report including problem analysis as well as solution recommendation

• Close cooperation with client's Senior Management while implementing ERP • Evaluation on client's ERP readiness • Delivery of training roadmap and materials • Conduction of ERP training workshops • Ensuring a smooth and efficient communication with client

• Management of the Full-services Analysis of China Mobile Group, including analysis on regulation, market, value chain and competitors • Conduct of Procurement Projects, delivery of technical assessment on different vendors • Delivery of technical solutions for subsidiaries with focus on network architecture and wireless technology • Good knowledge of domestic and international vendors, including network equipment and organization culture
