Responsible for delivering all facets of exempt level recruiting success throughout the South Region, Customer Care Call Centers. Development of market strategies, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Play a critical role in ensuring T-Mobile is hiring the best possible talent for the South Region, Customer Care Call Centers.

Responsible for all Human Resource functions for multiple retail locations, wholesale and distribution sites. Develop and manage recruiting efforts, employment programs, compensation and benefits, equal opportunity initiatives, and training programs. Management and mitigation of company employment liabilities including retail general liability.

Manage daily operations of a multi-million dollar staffing agency. Direct high volume staffing projects from inception to implementation. Develop creative, cost effective recruiting strategies for multi-site facilities and/ or clients. Coach, counsel and develop all levels of internal and external work force.
