• Responsible for lesson planning, grading, classroom instruction and faculty obligations • To use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities • To foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children in a patient and creative approach.

• To be responsible for the secure receipt, sorting, distribution and management of mail & parcels for residence and staff • To assist with reception duties as and when requested • Maintain and update various records and register both manual and computerised as required.

• Classifying goods according to tariff coding system • Quoting duty and tax rates on goods to be imported and exported, based on federal tariffs and excise taxes • Processing import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.

• Gaining practical knowledge of customer service related issues • Meeting and greeting of customers, understanding customer queries and requests • Performing administrative tasks assigned by the department manager.
