Create the store schedule within payroll constraints, while ensuring optimal coverage based on traffic and sales. Communicate effectively with the Sales Leadership Team regarding special events, talent, and scheduling needs. Build relationships with associates to foster a positive associate experience within the store. Other responsibilities included, assisting with the store opening; interviews, reference checks, training, and initial set up of the store.

Conduct telephone interviews, assess candidate competencies and fit for vacancies with our clients. Develop an understanding of our Clients' operations, talent challenges, culture, and ways of working. Successfully led larger recruitment projects including 4 store openings. With each, their own set of challenges, adapting quickly was integral to meeting the store's hiring needs.
