Leading on multiple projects (office exits, consolidations and investments) to deliver the firm’s Location Strategy, managing suppliers, managing against project plan, quality and budget.

Key responsibilities: - Leading on the design and delivery of new, immersive assessments for incoming Graduates and Interns. I work closely with stakeholders to create a solution that enables the company to attract the best talent and to provide candidates with the best experience. - Accountable for all engagement and communication activities from offer to start date for 150 Graduates, creating a positive end to end Onboarding Journey.

Achievements include: - Influenced and engaged line managers and various stakeholders cross-divisionally to create guidance for our new approach to talent management. - Optimised the Graduate development journey for all schemes, by conducting external research and facilitating internal focus groups.

Achievements include: - Led on the creation and delivery of a Learning campaign to 5,500 Insurance & Wealth colleagues to develop skills and capabilities of the future. - Managed and engaged network of divisional learning champions to drive culture of continuous learning. - Created board and other committee papers, with a focus on story telling and highlighting people associated risks.

Achievements include: - Using agile methodologies (SCRUM) to drive consistent ways of working including assigning and prioritising the backlog (Jira and confluence), and leading sprint ceremonies. - Mapped and analysed colleague and customer journeys to identify pain points and key opportunities for the business. - Maintained relationships with key stakeholders (incl. external consultancy) and the alignment of processes.

Achievements include: - Developed and delivered the Banking Standards Board survey communications strategy , which has been rolled out to all 90,000 LBG colleagues. - Facilitated Hive workshops to help several hundreds of colleagues use our digital collaboration tool more effectively. - Reviewed and produced the culture dashboard. The dashboard will be cascaded through the business and will monitor and progress our culture transformation and update regulators.

- Supported country-specfic HR initiatives and cross-regional projects (e.g. TUPE, Engagement focus group). - Supported day to day employee queries. - Created internal processes and documentation for the HR team and other Red Hat associates. - Involved with various elements in the employee life cycle, such as contract creation, onboarding, HR policies (sick and parental leave), payroll, and exit management.
