I worked in a project that involved the development of an in vitro model of chondro and osteogenic differentiation, to try to understand the molecular mechanism related to these differentiation pathways. This was done by the culture of MEFs in 2D as well as 3D and the co-culture of MEFs with HUVECs in 3D employing a synthetic self assembling peptide. The gene expression of these cultures was analized by molecular biology techniques (RT-PCR, WB).

As microbiology analyst my main tasks were: preparation of culture media, and its growth promotion assay, analysis of raw material, intermediates and finished products with the appropriate microbiology techniques, environmental monitoring, redaction and review of SOPs and training of personnel. All of which were performed with strict adherence to GMP and GLP
