Worked as a Process Engineer in Lamination Department. I have completed many projects mentioned below : 1. Ensure proper adhesive selection for various packaging structures. 2. Cost reduction by transferring job from high performance adhesive to general performance adhesive (Henkel and Coim Adhesive). 3. Worked on FTIR to monitor the curing time of adhesive for different Packaging films. 4. Replaced a dual-valve operated head with a single-valve operated head to resolve adhesive mixing issues.

1. Proposed a quotation based on the required technical specifications for pharmaceutical companies, including dissolution testers, FTIR, hardness testers, and other equipment. 2. Ensure prompt response for calibration and any necessary assistance.

My internship at PSM was an excellent opportunity where I gained firsthand experience with various unit operations. I learned about metal scraps and furnaces, including Electric Arc and Ladle Furnaces, and also studied water treatment mechanisms such as corrosion control, scaling, and microbiological fouling prevention.

Received hands-on training in "Chemical Wet Processing," where I carried out several processes such as pre-treatment, dyeing, printing, and finish coating on various fabrics. Additionally, I conducted quality control tests, including rubbing fastness, light fastness, and washing fastness tests.

Participated in textile chemical treatment cycles: pre-treatment, dyeing, printing, and finish coating. Supported QC and chemical formulation for enhanced fabric performance and sustainability.
