Key Role: > Application and analysis of testing and controlling procedures > To achieve the ability to audit material development approaches to ensure customer requirements > Benchmarking of process & product capabilities within different production facilities > Develop a measurement tool to identify and produce the same process to ensure R&R > To ensure the required investment plan to guarantee the company’s future position

Key Role : > Implement quality system to ensure customer requirements are met > Create product & process quality control plans > Follow waste KPI and deployment of the related KPI within the team > Defined the products, processes, boundaries between the mini factories > Generating a bridge between R&D headquarter (Milan / ITALY) and local R&D team > Participate in tire out & in – door testing > Transfer methods and technical solutions among the mini factories

Key Role: > Develop material compounds for customer specifications > Working with various elastomers for creative and economic solutions > Searching and validating cost competitive equivalent materials > Standardization of compound classification > Set-up of quality standards and documents > Follow departments KPI’s > Ensure the periodical projects reporting towards to top management

Key Role : > Definition of the Quality Management System guidelines and documentation standards according to legislations, rules and efficiencies > Support to the Quality manager for the Quality policy definition > Understanding of human factors in production environment > Plan and organize internal and external audit plans > Periodical audits to other departments with scores > Defining KPI ‘s to the other departments with involving them
