A junior researcher is coordinated in terms of his/her work performance and personal development. His/her overall performance is monitored on weekly basis in all aspects. Tasks regarding market research, company and executive search are held. Interviews of executive positions are attended with the consultants. Phone screening and cold calls are done. Trainings on online and offline research methods are given to junior researchers. Detailed studies and observations of business periodicals are prepared.

In Technology Group Business Systems Solutions Directorate CRM & Sales Solutions Department Business Analysis Division, tasks regarding project of scanner implementation in Avea dealers is done. Besides participating presentations by vendors and meetings with the managers, project documentation is prepared. Workshops and seminars were mandatory.

As a part time assistant in TOC Project, classification of books, determining key words and entering table of contents into digital platform is done.

Robert Kolej programının üzerine son 2 yılda IB programını bitirdim. Physics High Level (HL), Math HL, Information Technologies In a Global Society, Theory of Knowledge, English HL A2, Turkish HL A1, Visual Arts SL derslerini 2 yil boyunca alarak IB diploması aldim.
