HR Business Partner for Logistics

- Recruitment through EMEA - Support, challenge and convince the business in the correct definition of Talent needs - Development and realization of the best search strategy including passive and active search methods - Cooperation and engagement with external agencies - Conduct interviews (phone, on-site, video) - Participate in Operational Excellence Projects; train stakeholders whenever there is a need

- Recruitment EMEA (from the very start (job posting) to the very end (hiring, offering contract)) - Schedule and confirm all interviews (phone, onsite, video) within EMEA and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements partnering with local assistant/manage expense reimbursement - Cooperation with HR Business partners - Ensure proper resume retention process - Superuser of internal talent application portal; conduct trainings on using the portal to internal stakeholder - Support team; work on projects

- Personnel Support + Data Administration (SAP & Org. Management also for NL & EE; Back-Up for France) - Talent Management (Organizing trainings for the Molex locations in Germany) - Preparation of monthly payroll - Talent Acquisition (Recruitment, Career Opportunities, Superuser of used ATS) - Taking care of DHBW Students - Knowledge Sharing & general HR Cooperation - European HR Support - Member of Social Club

- Personalbetreuung und Datenpflege in SAP - Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, -zeugnissen, -bescheinigungen - Organisation von Schulungen (intern, extern) - Vorbereitung der monatlichen Abrechnung; Unterstützung bei der Bestellung von Firmenwagen - Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Planung von Telefon- und persönlichen Interviews
