• Manage an Oracle EBS R12 implementation project including OPM & SCM & Planning and eAM. • Manage Oracle SCM implementation modules : INV & PO & OM & LCM & PAC costing & MSCA • Manage the Oracle EBS R12 Project including the CRP & Training and Testing Phases. • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the project. • Provides technical and operational support leadership to subordinate. • Supports the ongoing changes to integration and configuration of Oracle EBS.

• Manage an Oracle EBS R12 implementation project including PTP & OTC & OPM Cycles. • Manage the Oracle EBS R12 Project including the CRP & Training & Testing and Go Live Phases. • Proven ability to research, understand and apply knowledge of Oracle Applications implementations to business. • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required. • Plan and manage setup and installation of business solutions, network and telecommunication infrastructure

• Manage and lead the ERP Operations team to support Oracle Applications and all post-implementation issues. • Provide high quality IT solutions for Process manufacturing and Operations business functions using Oracle Applications. • Partner with managed service partner to provide high level of support services for Manufacturing and Operations business process. • Provide hands on expertise in configuring Oracle EBS modules for Process manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules and support enhancements.

• Ensuring that all the work done by the team is in conformity with the predefined objectives of the organization. • Formulating plans, policies and procedures to ensure business goals. Maintaining a sense of harmony and coordination between the business units, oracle MFG team, users of oracle MFG/SCM modules. • Design schedule for the project, and set time line for each member of the team and delegate specific task to each members of the project.

• Responsible for Lead VAP (Visual Accounting Package) Implementation Project. • Participate in pre-sales/sales activities to understand and analyze customer’s business requirements and objectives in order to provide the worktable solutions for the EPR application being implemented. • Provide inputs to the technical/development team to implement the corrections, enhancements, or new developments in the ERP application to meet the customer requirements

• Understands basic relational database concepts. • Confidently writes the four basic SQL statements. • Possesses knowledge of various database access methods • Possesses working knowledge of at least one structured programming language • Establishes effective working relationship with clients • Exhibits proficiency in SQL and PowerBuilder language
