Responsible for project delivery and revenue within BMC’s CER professional services division covering the whole of Eastern and South Eastern Europe. I was also brought in to assist on various other projects across BMC’s other European entities (Germany, Switzerland, Poland, France, Scandinavia).

Providing mentoring to new project managers in order to ensure best practices are utilised

Providing extensive consultations for customers across all EMC Storage Platforms and Identifying, developing and implementing best practices within a framework for EMC enterprise key accounts. Providing technical support for customers as well as implementing new EMC solutions. Trusted technical advisor to the customers

Providing support for critical IT services as well as resolving infrastructure queries for clients Working on an implementation project to support the proactive monitoring of systems, identifying and analyzing business requirements in order to implement continuous service improvements

Deploying new systems for tax duty across central Europe and ensuring that corporate standard infrastructures are implemented effectively across Austria Providing additional support for clients with the backend IT infrastructure as required Technologies: AS/400 VM/ESA X86 Windows Platforms
