• Improving the quality of associated Master Data • Supporting the alignment of the ways of working between Nestlé and Nespresso. • Supporting the Strategic Buyers in negotiations and category strategy definition. • Leading operational/tactical projects in autonomy

• Demand analysis for consumer and customer needs for filtration systems. • Study and definition of the technical specifications of the available filters to meet the consumers’ requirements. • Strategy development to recruit new customers and consumers and enlarge the portfolio of industrial water filters and domestic filters.

• Remote problem determination for clients’ server. • Following a diagnostic process to indentify the root cause. • Creating the action plan to proceed with problem solution. • Fixing the problem remotely, sending a technician and or a spare part (if needed). • Ensuring that technician is following the process and the action plan made. • Closing the ticket upon ensuring the problem is solved and issuing a report.
