- SW Project management lead, Volume: 140 SY - Leading international SW R&D project “ASN-GW” with 70 team members from Austria, United Kingdom, Slovakia and Czech Republic - Feature definition, participation in architecture group, alignment with customer - Project and team ramp-up - Planning & execution of team enabling activities - Requirement engineering, project planning, controlling & reporting. - Definition & setup of R&D methods and tools for SW-CM, Doc-CM, FM

- Technical site-Project-Lead for Austria, Slovakia, China teams for GSM & TD-SCDMA base station SW development - Coordination, planning, monitoring and controlling of international development team - Functional responsibility for 50 team members in Austria, Slovakia, China - Requirement engineering and analysis. - L2 and L3 fault handling - Regular alignment with customer (features, project status,..)

- Subsystem responsibility for basestation synchronisation - Control theory based design, implementation & test of SW synchronisation concepts for GSM and TD-SCDMA base stations - Design, implementation and test of several low layer device drivers and hardware tests - support for GSM simulation projects.(MORSE, EU project WINNER)

- HW & SW Design für automotive electronic devices - System- and test-track product verification and hardening at customer premises - Customer alignment
