Core Black is my own brand I’m working to build up besides my regular job as a global senior manager Digital Experience for adidas. This is my playground, my dream-space my creative pitch where I can bring my vision of products and brand to life.

As Senior Manager Digital Experience at adidas AG I'm leading a team which focuses on creating, developing and implementing experiential in-store touch points in the global adidas retail environment. With the tools we create we're aiming to attract, engage, inspire and convert our consumers via digital product testing areas, shopping services, digital communications & interactivity, and the adidas MOBILE Retail mode.

As Senior Manager Digital Activation I worked for the adidas Digital Brand Commerce Department, in which I led the global miadidas ‘Retail & Operations Team’. Me and my team were responsible to develop, implement and improve the global personalization and retail customization strategy and processes on a constant base. Within this role I was also responsible for the development and implementation of new business processes and operational solutions for customization and personalization.

As Product Manager adidas Originals Footwear I was responsible for the global miadidas Originals footwear range (assortment, strategy, product offer definition, storytelling) Within this role I had the ownership of the global miadidas Originals footwear creation process (project management) from briefing to design, to feedback the 3D asset creation process, product development and product-shooting.

As Social Performance Marketing Manager I was accountable for the creation, monitoring and handling of social media performance campaigns. Within that role I had the function as a social media consultant for key account customers and internal stakeholders like media buyers and planners. As an expert for social media advertising I was the main counterpart for internal teams in regards of social media performance forecasts, offers and pitches.

Im Rahmen eines 14-monatigen Praktikums habe ich den Newsblog des Unternehmens inhaltlich sowie gestalterisch mitentworfen, für sämtliche Beiträge recherchiert und diese sprachlich (in Deutsch & Englisch) und gestalterisch umgesetzt. Zudem hatte ich die Chance während dieser Zeit, zusätzlich zu meinen täglichen Aufgaben, ein eigenes Marketing-Konzept im Rahmen eines Gewinnspiels (nb-moustacheclub.com) zu planen und in allen Bereichen operativ durchzuführen.
