Different GenAI providers (external and selfhosted) are connected via an Ensemble system, with a HITL layer. The product is a whitelabel platform which can be customized to the partner's needs. I build the first version of the product, including the GenAI middle layer and led a B2C to B2B2C pivot, after joining the company.
