I work within the MS Dynamics and Salesforce team here at Darwin where we focus on placing both permanent and freelance consultants throughout Europe. I focus prominently on the German market where I specialise in AX recruiting within the permanent division. Area of Expertise: Microsoft Dynamics AX (NAV, GP, SL, CRM, ERP).

Focused on developing relationships with clients and managing accounts with valued clients contracts. Current accounts I Manage total 2,968 across Scotland and Wales.

Between myself and one other colleague we have began a project to handle insurance claims on behalf of the landlords at the largest independent letting agent in the UK. In this role I created a new process to mitigate losses amongst different related parties to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Delivering top quality customer experience and insuring staff were qualified to a high standard. Resolving logistical, time management issues and unforeseen circumstances.
