- Responsible Manager for a multinational client in HR & Payroll outsourcing for 28 countries. - Financial and delivery responsibility for the client account. - Nearshore delivery locations in Europe (Romania, Spain and Poland) and offshore locations in the Philippines and Jamaica. - Key representative for Xerox HRO in front of the client.

- Delivery Manager for a multinational client account - Global HR & Payroll outsourcing in 25 countries - Responsible for the delivery of contractually agreed services (SLA adherence) - Client Management, Knowledge Management, Business Process Optimization & Improvement and general Account Governance.

- Collaboration and/or lead of cross functional teams within the HR Outsourcing and Learning Services department (Europe) - Drive financial and business related studies/analyses - Contribute to the development of business policies and management decision making

- Until Aug 2012 I worked as Project Coordinator within a multinational IT implementation project for Xerox Services, responsible for project management activities in all European countries in scope (15 countries).

- Internship in the area of health care consultancy (performance optimization) - Writing my Master Thesis: "The Influence of Problem Identification on the Plan Adherence of Improvement Plans"

- Project Lead for the implementation of an internal leave & seat reservation system for around 650 employees. - Main communication partner between the different project stakeholders (IT, HR and Management)
