As participant of a voluntary ecological year (Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr, FÖJ) I gathered experience in public relations, project management, paper work and many others. In the context of my FÖJ I was member of the board of advisors (FÖJ-Beirat) in Lower Saxony, where I helped to advance the FÖJ in Lower Saxony.
