Helped build the venture Schädlingsbekämpfung24.de by being responsible for Design (Figma) of the Website and implementation of the designs in Webflow.

Supported the creative Bonanza Design team on several projects by doing in depth user research and giving recommendations on product innovation.

Redesigned the dashboard for the Visibale Harvest Webapp that helps sugar cane farmers plan better for their growth. The process included workshop facilitation, user interviews and testing, UI design (Adobe XD) and handover to development.

Asylum Advice aims to provide easy access to legal advice to asylum seekers. The functionalities of the web platform are still under construction. The first version will be online end of October 2019. Conducted user research, designed and tested various prototypes for the Asylum Advice web application. Built and managed a team of 7 people (web development, legal content, data content, online marketing, translations) Organised research events. Designed flyers, businesscards and info materials.

Slavefreetrade is working on a monitoring tool that helps track human rights violations within supply chains. For this purpose I designed the interfaces for a web tool where companies can sign up to and see their performance. Apart from UI design my work also included: - persona creation - usability testing - information architecture - userflows

Girona Softwareentwicklung provides administration software for state institutions like the citizen offices, health departments etc. My task as the first freelance designer in the team is to improve the overall usability of the software by improving information architecture, userflows and user interfaces, while putting customer feedback at the center of my approach.

I was assigned to create the basic structure and UI of the Handly native app, working closely with the Head of product and CTO. - UI Design of the Handly app - User flows and sitemap creation - Icon Design - Prototyping - Persona creation

Took part as challenge owner in the category migration. Conducted a 3 day design sprint in a team of 5 people that was sponsored by Asylum Advcie. Created a basic prototype called "refugee buddy" that guides refugees through their arrival in Germany. Pitched the prototype to the audience.

Developed and launched a new business line reporting directly to the CEO. Designed a contact strategy for the CEO to achieve improved customer conversions. Methods used: user research, market analysis, customer journey development and experience design strategy.

Marketing and planning for the first international GBI Summer School – Newsletter design and writing, article research and creation and photo editing for the GBI Website – Creation of databases. Managed a team of 5 Students.

Communications with donors – Project management in the field of food security, fundraising, marketing and education - Teaching English.

Designed two web applications from scratch. Applying User research, persona creation, prototyping, usability testing, UI design.

Approaches to Human Rights. Gender, development and globalisation. The politics of national self-determination. Globalisation, conflict and post-totalitarianism. Thesis: Ramifications of Humanity: Connections and Disconnections between the human rights paradigm and the “Islamic State”.

Apart from Philosophy also courses on: Biology, physics, psychology, Latin-American studies, sociology, economics.
