Sales of Warm Health product through the company’s sales team to payer clients. Provided subject matter expertise and sales functions for sales of the Healthcare Communications products (formerly Warm Health). Presentations to executive and operational audiences within health plans to sell the care management programs and population health communication campaigns. In addition, responsible for building a program management function to support the broad Altegra Health member engagement product line.

Founded the company to help health plans improve the health of their members through education and support. Warm Health created a platform and built a library of messages that engaged members with positive communications educating them in self care and areas of concern. The platform utilized automated telephone calls, text messages and email to communicate with members. Nurses were alerted to members with acute needs.

Ran the Product Management function for the Vendor Management System (VMS) product formerly named itiliti. Utilized the Pragmatic Marketing discipline to collaborate between clients, market requirements, service department, executive management and software development. Acquiring company provided high degree of autonomy to the VMS division due to the high quality of our product and maturity of our development and product management methodology.

Created and released the first Vendor Management System (VMS) software product for the automation of interaction between large employers and their suppliers of temporary labor. Along with other co- founder, raised $5M from a strategic investor within 3 months of release of the service. After initial funding, was primary visionary for software design, ran product management and managed software development.
