In 1995, Hemant K. Batra joined Kesar Dass B. & Associates (KDB) as a Partner and rose to become Managing Partner of its Corporate Office in 2000. In 2005, he took over as the Director – Legal Services of Kaden Boriss Consulting Private Limited (Käden Boriss), a legal/knowledge process outsourcing Company (LPO/KPO) in addition of being the Managing Partner of the Corporate Office of KDB. In 2006, the Corporate Office of Kesar Dass got renamed as Käden Boriss.
