Co-ownership of a P&L of $200M and conducting all FP&A and business reporting rhythms, such as providing commentary on business results and representing the region in higher-level governance forums.

Headed a team of two controllers for the Construction and Do-It-Yourself division with responsibility for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the East European EU member states. Coordinating the oversight of a combined P&L of $250 million, including monthly forecasts, outlooks, variance analyses, and accounting closures. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director for Northern Europe.

Lead controlling functions for the Preferred Accounts division serving companies with 200 to 5000 employees. Oversaw a P&L of $800 million, provide all financial forecasts, outlooks, and variance analysis for the division, and participated in quarterly and annual accounting closures. Reviewed contracts for large deals and government bids, direct the revenue recognition function, and managed a comprehensive project aimed at decreasing Dell Brazil’s cost of returns.

Lead the Collections Team of 20 employees and 5 agency staff. Responsible for a receivables portfolio of $ 100 million. Negotiated personally with major debtors. Development and implementation of a debt collection strategy, revision of credit lines for business customers and valuation of outstanding balances for provisioning and write-off.

Responsible for sales controlling of the divisions Small and Medium Business (companies with 100 to 500 employees) in 2008 and Relationship (companies with more than 500 employees) in 2009 with P&Ls of 400 and 600 million USD respectively.

Local representative of the corporation's financial institution, Dell Financial Services. Management of financing programs such as installment payments by credit card, purchase on credit and leasing. Interface function to marketing and sales as well as negotiations with banks and credit card acquirers.

Acted as Business Analyst in projects for customers from the financial services, steel, mining and beverages industries as well as for the non-profit sector. Performed problem solving and presented findings to executive audiences.
