Responsible in Vodafone Group Network Engineering & Delivery (GNED) for engineering the fixed access networks of Vodafone in terms of defining concepts, evolution and implementation of strategies, innovations, architectures, platforms, hardware and network across all access network products as well as Vodafone cable solutions OSI Layer 4 to 1 (IP Layer).

Provides overall direction and guidance to the access network expansion activities of the organization with the objective to ensure an effective and efficient expansion of the LG access networks in regards to the European Liberty Global New Build & Upgrade strategy to extend the marketable footprint and support customer growth.

Durchführung von Technical Due Diligence im Rahmen von M&A Aktivitäten. Integration von neuen Unternehmensteilen in den Konzern sowie Integration neuer Technologien in bestehende Niederlassungen.

Leitung des Gesamtbereichs Network Operations und Technology

Auf- und Ausbau des Netzwerkes und der Serviceplattformen für Internet, Telefonie und TV.

Leitung des Bereiches Network Design, Service Development und Projektmanagement zum Aufbau und Erweiterung des Netzwerkes und der Diensteplattform für IP-Dienste und OSS

Aufbau und Erweiterung des Netzwerkes und der Diensteplattform für IP-Services Leitung der Gruppen Netzebene 4, Network Design, Service Development und Projektmanagement
