Founder, owner, senior business intermediary (broker) for main street companies in W Michigan market (acquisitions). Attract, evaluate, represent, market, and negotiate the confidential sale of businesses to qualified buyers.

Hired to develop, manage, and reduce cost of goods to a company about to embark on an rapid acquisition strategy. Integrated and launched multiple operations ultimately with direct resonsibilities for 5 warehouse operations. A large amount of fundamental development work was needed and implemented relating to product policies, warehousing, controls, metrics, let alone negotiations.

Essentially a negotiator on behalf of some 300 business owners in the vending / foodservice industries. Improved, enhanced, and/or developed new supplier agreements along with improving the scope of services and communications to members.

P/L -level responsibilities for a service company with 4 operating divisions consisting of Foodservice, Vending, Coffee Service, and Concessions. Retained buyer-purchasing responsibilties and supervision of warehouse.
