Responsible for 4 studies ranging in size from a 1 site, 1 country study to a 245 site, 19 country study. General day to day responsibilities for monitoring progress in relation to timeline, finance and scope, working with vendors to ensure planned events occur as scheduled and where necessary looking at alternatives to resolve issues.

Manager on two studies: 9 countries in a 23 country Phase III Study in Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. 2 centres in a 2 country Phase I study in Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. Position responsibilities included: Finance Managment and oversight of project budgets, Vendor relationships and expectations, Recruitment and metric analysis, Quality Assurance analysis internally and within vendors, Reporting to senior management on performance metrics and progress.
