Development and implementation of a long-term supply chain expansion strategy for production capacities (one of the top 5 global automotive suppliers) - responsibility for 10 qualified specialists.

Main projects: Identification and realization of cost-down potentials in vehicle development projects. Synchronization of vehicle targets in the early strategic phase. Project lead for the optimization and shortening of the vehicle development process.

Calculation of tooling and manufacturing costs for automotive systems (such as roof, cooling, exhaust or fuel systems) as well as calculation of design and development costs - focus on global procurement projects.
