Hölle Games is an independent video slots studio and technology provider to up-and-coming iGaming studios. As a late Co-Founder, I architect the financial and corporate development strategies that enable our expansion. My mission is to maintain a delicate balance between fiscal health and operational speed. Beyond the balance sheet, I am focused on the democratization of game development. We are positioning Hölle Games as the essential technology partner for the next generation of independent studios.

NodeZro is a cybersecurity innovator addressing the "unknown unknowns" of the modern attack surface. By providing sophisticated visibility into digital identifiers, we enable CISOs and government security professionals to protect the true perimeter of their brand trust. As Co-Founder and Board Member, I lead the financial governance of the business. My focus is on ensuring our growth is sustainable, allowing our team to focus on solving the most complex identity-related risks facing global organizations.

Founded to bridge the gap between traditional accounting and the digital asset economy, Volve streamlines complex financial workflows. I navigated the company from initial development to its strategic integration into the Investhub DAO. Supported by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Visa, and IBM, Volve provides a unified solution for managing wallets, IBANs, and expense documentation. My role involved overseeing the product’s strategic trajectory and ensuring our successful 2023 transition.

During my tenure at Lottoland, I was responsible for the financial steering of one of the world's most successful private online lottery companies. Leading the group’s Finance, Accounting, and Business Intelligence functions, I focused on building a data-driven culture that could sustain rapid international expansion. I served as a Director for Fortuna Insurance PCC, where I supported the 'Fortuna 3' deal, a landmark 2017 transaction that remains the largest reinsurance deal in gambling history.

Having advised on more than 500 transactions since 1985, Blättchen & Partner is among Germany's leading mid-market corporate finance advisory firms. I steered the acquisition and execution of M&A and corporate finance advisory mandates to mid-cap and high-growth companies with full operative responsibility throughout the entire project life-cycle.

MZM provided corporate finance advisory services to mid-cap and high-growth companies in Germany and Austria. In 2013, I merged my business with Blättchen & Partner.

With more than 300 transactions at cumulative enterprise values of over €10 billion, Ferber & Co. is considered one of the leading M&A boutiques in the German medium-sized market. I worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with enterprise values ranging from €25 to €500 million, contributing to the entire project life-cycle from pitch to closing the deal.

I coordinated the financial and accounting matters of the business unit Asia-Pacific covering Singapore, China, Taiwan and Korea. Fronted the reorganisation of the finance department of the group’s regional headquarters in Singapore. Led the strategic alignment of management reporting and the introduction of overhead controlling.

Initially I contributed to various projects and audits, later overseeing the execution of projects pertaining to buyer- and vendor-side due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and year-end audits. This required the supervision of team members, training of junior staff, and the management of clients across a wide range of industries.
