That includes the OHSE & Wellbeing agenda, facility management of our properties with a focus on work environment, and internal communications a an interactive tool-box to engage with our employees. Accompanying change initiatives within Imperial's transformation forms part of our deliveries. It's all part of building a comprehensive framework to support the business and our people to experience their job in a safe & engaging environment.

Being accountable for the development and implementation of the ER strategy in all German legal entities, linking business progress to the people agenda. In a cross-functional environment the close collaboration with the works councils, unions and associations is a key to success in building jointly a winning path forward in a changing environment.

Accountable for a full and successful programme leadership of all individual transformation projects on a country and site level to guarantee an encompassing approach and an effective transformation- and consultation process
