Responsibility for Seat Length Adjuster Mechanisms Programs.

• Launching of several programs (responsible for mechanisms) • Check of CAD models and drawings according to customer specific requirements and JC standard rules • Leading of project (10 members) team • Support at establishing and tracking of „Individual Development Plan“ of team members • Execution of project reporting • Ensure product compliance to specification • Ensure proper communication to (internal) customer • Execution of project planning by using JC-Tools (e.g. Design Work order Process)

• Design product constructions (efficient in production and cost) according to specification • Design 2D/3D product data records • Design CAD-models and drawings in accordance with customer specific requirements and JC standard • Prepare bill of material for the implementation of process • Construct studies for package, layout and kinematics • Communicate with departments (Testing, Prototyping, Structure mechanic)
