1) leading project of delivery seat covers for new VW ARTEON (VW 483) 2) coordination of whole project group consist of : a) development team at SedisTec Company in Hannover b) industrialisation team at Groclin in Grodzisk Wlkp c) production in sewing plant in Karpicko/Poland d) logisitics department in Grodzisk Wlkp e) quality department and SQA 3) keeping of project budget 4) leading of the project according to VW standards (APQP, VDA 6.1, ISO/TS 16949, QPN)

Responsible for : - Settlement of warranty works in Germany (cost, quantity of work hours, spare parts etc.) - Settlement of ex gratia requests - Contatct with the customers and workshops - Development of aftes sales functions in Germany

Responsible for: - Leading projects mainly for Germany also Poland and Czech Republic -Preparation of technical bus specification based on Lastenheft -Visits at the clients -Leading of project group consided of representatives technical department, purchasing department, homologation and production -Taking care of keeping definited in project terms -Receipt busses together with the client -Keeping of project budget -Estimation of risk connected with the project

Responsible for : -Development of technical problems -Organisation of service actions -Preparation of service dokumentation -Organisation of spare parts -Cooperation with a subsidiary – Solaris Deutschland -Development of After Sales functions in Germany -Taking care and development of a good name of Solaris brand in Germany
