-Supervising fabrication and assembly of offshore steel structures -Determinating labour requirements -Overseeing subcontractors and providing them proper working conditions -Direct and supervising workers -Requisition supplies and materials to complete constructions -Evaluating construction methods regarding cost-effectiveness -Planning and organizing site taking into account present and future needs -Following and reviewing schedule in cooperation with project manager

-Preparing workshop documentation of offshore steel structures (main and outfitting steel) -Monitoring, clarifying and troubleshooting existing process -Ensuring that all drawings and documentation in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy
