Proprietary trading of electricity with focus on German and CEE (AUT, CZ, SK, HU, PL). markets. Portfolio management of coal power plant. Developed long term strategy for purchase of EUA and hedging of clean dark spread. Analysis and modeling of electricity markets (Germany and CEE), global and European coal markets, EU gas markets, EUA market and related policies.

Proprietary trading of electricity on DE and CEE markets. Analysis of German and Polish electricity markets from the perspective of coal. Legal tasks related to energy markets.

Implementation of EU banking law into the Czech legal system. Focus: capital adequacy, liquidity risk in banking, crisis management and resolution of banking crises, mergers in banking sector, securitization and OTC derivatives. Member of the Czech expert team for banking law during the Czech presidency of the EU Council. Active participation in negotiations on high expert level with EU Commission, EU Council an EU Parliament.

Erasmus study period, modules focused on Energy law, International financial and tax law, EU law, German constitutional and civil law.
