• Divisional role focused on standardization, digitalization and transformation of manufacturing and internal logistics processes • Member of the Corporate Business Transformation Program • Cooperation on the design and implementation of ERP, KPI frameworks and BI reporting • Support of change deployment and best‑practice sharing across manufacturing plants

• Full responsibility for Supply Chain performance of two European manufacturing plants (Czech Republic, UK), including planning, inventory, customer service and internal logistics • Stabilization of product availability and improvement of cash‑flow through systematic inventory and planning management • Average yearly inventory reduction of 7% while maintaining a high customer service level • Active role in divisional Lean and transformation initiatives; dissemination of best practices

• Divisional project management, footprint, manufacturing transfers within ZF locations, ERP development, BI and analytics solutions, CI and Lean logistics, global portfolio coordination

• Management of product development projects, moderation of APQP and ZF GDPIM across teams and departments, product portfolio management, customer audits

• Customer service and order management, product availability, transportation and invoicing, reporting, participation in sales and production planning
