Interim management for IBTM Group • Responsible for implementation of integrated supply chain in the company across Central and Eastern Europe (BG, CZ, HU, PL, RO, SK) • Directly managing departments of planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing and customer service in CZ and HU (51 employees, 24M EUR) • Responsibility for demand management and production planning on a Group level

Interim management for IBTM Group • Responsible for implementation of supply chain organization in the company with introduction of S&OP, inventory management processes and business service standards • Directly managing departments of logistics, warehousing and customer service (45 employees, annual budget 6.5M EUR) • Implementation of companywide cost savings initiatives
