Training Squad is privat own company register in Poland, with offices in Warsaw and London. Establish in 1994 TS specialize in developing and delivering high-end security courses. We provide firearms training for security companies like G4S Poland, Brinks and Government Institutions across Poland and Eastern Europe. Our instructors are coming from variety of backgrounds, from special CT Police teams,ex-military to highly trained civilian operatives. We specialise ourselfs in delivering firearm courses

Leading and supervising the security team to provide a safe and secure environment for our customer and assets, and deliver operational excellence. Supervising and controlling the response to all incidents in effective manner by directing the activities of the security team members in accordance to the site security and H&S policies and management directives. Maintaining effective communication at all times, ensuring that all information is shared , providing regular feedback to line manager.

Represent the British Bodyguard Association and promote the BBA individual membership scheme to trained and qualified bodyguards throughout POLAND.

Every weekend constant training for whole range first aid .Training for backup and co-operation with emergence services in case major incident, natural disasters or terrorist attack. Average twice a month volunteer work as a first aider at London major events.

Securing Deutche Bank offices at City of London estate. Security duties including: Patrolling estate and buildings, access control, fire and bomb threat procedures, escorting, incident reports.

In charge of VIP security for international celebrities. Providing first aid for casualties. Security duties including CCTV, fire and bomb threat procedures, incident reports.

Securing British Airways offices at Heathrow Airport - Terminal 5. Access control and arrivals hall patrolling.

Safeguarding exclusive night clubs, securing VIP parties

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Vale Tudo 2nd instructor, marketing, organization , management and co-operation with others clubs in Poland.

Managing office team, coordinating day to day office procedures, work-load and administration.
