In this position I am in charge of finance and development projects both external thru M&A activities and generic growth providing activities such as opportunities search and customer relations. I lead the strategic develpment program to enhance commercial and business development.

This company is the internal financial service providing company of ATIC Services SA. It provides, the pivotal role of the ATIC Services Cash pool, Refinancing activities as well of internal M&A activities.

I was in charge of the general management of the ATIC Services Group,22 subsidiaries, Total Balance Sheet of 225 M€, Net equity of 125 M€ and Net profit of 17,2M€. I have developed the strategic business and development plan.

In this position , I held the CEO position of RWE-Veolia Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG, the joint-venture holding the private stake in the Berliner Wasser Betriebe. This stake is the biggest elementary investment of Veolia Envirronnement:Total Consolidated Balance Sheet of 7.9 Bn€, Consolidated Turnover 1.27 Bn€, 4700 employees, 3.5 Million inhabitants served in Fresh Water and Sewage (Scope of the Berlinwasser Group).

I was in charge of the financial control of the german subsidiaries of Publicis Group and especially of Publicis MCD Werbeagentur/Messeagentur, the JV between Publicis Group and SIEMENS AG.
