- Take full responsibility for defined modules regarding Quality, Costs Timing; - Coordination of SE Team meetings and team reporting; - Guarantee the Weight and Costs target fulfillment with particular remark to the technical product description; - Review and approval selection of suppliers; - Control the process, checking all suppliers proposals and act as a contract supervisor in this case, following all activities already planned.

- Act as a project leader, global responsible for all project gates; - Keep the project team members updated with project evolution and present project evolution in weekly Plant meetings; - Act as interface between managers and costumers; - Constant budget and scope control; - Resposible new quotation process; - Risk analysis, developing action plan in agreement with costumer expectative and timing;

- Develop new products (mainly plastic components) to commercial vehicles; - Find innovative solutions for current parts (cost-effectively balance) or creative solutions to complex engineering and design problems working with a combination of designers, engineers and fabrication resources through use of materials science, design and engineering skills, and process knowledge that meet or exceed customer's expectations;

- Act as close as possible to Developers and After-Sales Engineers, studying product’s innovation and identifying solutions in order to improve plastic material process and performance under production and costumer’s application.
