Support customers in their implementation of ECM solutions. Primary focus is in the areas of: email management, document management and information lifecycle management. Ensure the achievement of project goals using Agile methodologies. Accompany customers on the way to a sustainable information exchange platform and advise them on the design and implementation of information architecture and efficient information workflows

Development of product strategy including definition and delivery of Email Management releases at OpenText. Close work with the go-to-market team to ensure the product roadmap can meet the requirements of the business plan and can be successfully rolled out. Role includes customer interaction and roll-out activities such as to Pre-sales, Global Services, Learning Services, the Support organization, and key partners. As product owner I am also responsible for the agile, iterative development process

Project management for email management solutions- including architecture and system design using agile project management. Responsible for managing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases using the agile methodology. Liason to customers and other stakeholders for future development of products.

Lead Engineer for Email Management Solutions with integration into Office products such as Outlook using MAPI and c#. Other projects and software languages include: - server development for document management using c++ and java - Windows form application programming in c# - Windows MMC integration for administrative tools - SCSI device simulation system in perl
